I still own 3 copies of Windows 10 though, yet latest update screwed up my Lenovo Ideapad 310 (Still sh**y to this day, even after uninstalling update. I was unable to locate receipt and basically got sick and tired of messing with them (Microsoft customer service-absolutely no help whatsoever) and went to Ubuntu. Receipt for "Windows 7" after legitimately upgrading (free) to Windows 10 over years ago.

So far, they've admitted to deliberately sabotaging or "disabling" my Dell old AMD 64 system because they insisted I show them a I'm not sure it matters what make/model-as Microsoft seem to have embedded "****-up" in their Standard Operating Procedure. Now I'd like to ask you folks for help: Where on the internet should i look for helpful information to fix all this stuff? (not the old version, please!) Apparently, the Big Update last year moved everything around so you have to read the article and then hunt down where to find the new location for that option. but their descriptions/videos/screenshots do not look anything like the Their step by step instructions are excellent. What's doubly frustrating is I found most help articles and posts (by well-meaning people) refer to an older version of Windows 10. I spent hours on this website,, user forums etc.

Last month, I purchased a new computer It took me over a week - and I mean 8+ HOURS A DAY trying to get things straightened out. I'm tired of getting the message, "administrator permission required"! If I had a nickel for every time I reset my user name to admin, I'd pitch the whole thing and buy an apple product. I am tired of having to hard start my computer every 1-2 hours. Is there any way we could get help from Microsoft on the many many issues on Windows 10? I am getting so frustrated, I googled Windows 10 Sucks and found this thread.
